Enjoy a walk or cycle to the historic town of Monmouth along the river Wye.

One of our favourite short loops is the walk to the Seven Sisters viewpoint. This walk takes you through the woods, passed King Arthurs cave and on to a beautiful viewpoint on the Seven Sisters rocks overlooking the river Wye. Just a short hop over the border to Wales and you have an excellent choice of mountains to climb! There's no better view from the top of a mountain; here are some of our favourites: Sugar Loaf Standing at 596m and offering panoramic views over south Wales and south-west England, Sugar Loaf is one of our favourite mountains to climb.
