Our Facilities
Modern Facilities Block
Our facilities block includes:
- 4 women's toilets with lower child friendly sinks,
- 3 men's toilets & 3 urinals with lower child friendly urinal and sink
- 2 men's showers & 2 women's showers
- 5 washing up sinks
- A chest freezer for freezer blocks
Children's Playground
In 2023 we had a brand new adventure playground installed. Including slides, swings, sandpit and more. There is also plenty of material to make a den!
All in a secure woodland area so you can relax while the kids play.
The Nook - Picnic Area
As well as the picnic tables outside reception we also have a more shaded picnic area in our 'Nook' woodland where you can escape the summer heat whilst you have a drink or a bite to eat.
Modern Electric Hookup points
All our campervan/motorhome pitches have the option of electric hook-up and we have 9 electric tent pitches.
Picnic Table Hire
We have picnic tables available to hire for £3 per night. You can add this in the 'extras' when booking or whilst you are here.
Wifi
We have free basic WiFi on site which works around the reception area.
Reception & Shop
Our onsite shop/cafe aims to provide everything you need for your camping holiday! Including locally roasted coffee, hot & cold drinks, ice cream, snacks, camping equipment and more
Badminton Net & Badminton Set Hire
In our playground we have a badminton net for you to play on. If you don't have your own equipment you can rent it from reception for £1
Doward Dozen Treasure Hunt
This new children's activity is proving a big hit with the kids. We have hidden 12 pictures of animals around the campsite. Find them, answer the questions on the sheet and bring it back for a prize!
Chemical Toilet disposal point
We have a designated chemical toilet disposal point next to our facility block
Mobile Phone charging
If you haven't booked an electric pitch we have a USB charging station in our reception for people to charge their phones. We just ask for a small donation towards the local Wildlife Trust
Food Pop Ups
Throughout the summer season we invite local food pop up businesses to our campsite on select Saturdays - We will publish the dates in advance on our website & our Facebook. Veggie & vegan options are always available.
